Merry hi!
I'm Ashleen O'Gaea.
(Pronounce my last name oh-GEE-uh, as in, "Oh, gee ... uh, I don't know how to pronounce that!")
Welcome!  Enjoy!

What's new?

NEW BOOKS!  AND A NEW ADVENTURE COVEN!

The Society of Southwestern Authors was founded in 1972, and it's a non-profit association of writers and other publishing professionals.  Its objectives are to promote mutually supportive friendships among writers, provide recognition of members' achievements, and encourage and assist people seeking to become published writers.  Click on the icon to get to the SSA's website -- and learn about all the wonderful programs it offers.
There are monthly luncheon Forums; there's an annual book sale, an annual writing conference, and an annual writing contest.  Check out the SSA's website to find out more about all our programs!

I've got three new books out!  Unfortunately, I can't seem to put pictures of their covers up here!  :-(

With my colleague in Pagan prison ministry, I'm a co-author of Enchantment Encumbered: the Study and Practice of Wicca in Restricted Environments.  Mother Earth Ministries self-published it through Create Space; it's for anybody and everybody who needs to know how to accommodate personal, financial, or institutional restrictions, temporary or long term.

The Portable Spell Book: Quick and Simple Magic You Can Do Anytime, Anywhere, is my first not-Wicca book.  Don't worry, it still emphasizes ethics; and it's chock full of . . . well, quick and simple magics you can do when- and wherever you need to.

The Green Boy is my first novel!  It's also my first personal experiment with self-publishing.  I think I've got all the typos corrected . . . .  In this first-in-a-series of novels about Bliss Harper, her family, and her Wiccan coven, it turns out that the young man Bliss hires as a temporary ranch hand believes her mother killed his mother -- by hexcraft!  Is Bliss' thirteen-year-old daughter in danger when he figures out who her grandmother was?
